My Fitness Journey
My story is much like everybody else’s in the fitness industry who is now coaching teams or individuals. From a very young age I fell into different sports (GAA, football, running, golf) & then I got to a point where I had to focus on one. I chose GAA. Being strong on the pitch meant getting strong in the gym & through that I developed a huge passion for weight training. Over the years, I've given up sport competitively & fully committed to weight training.
I’ve been training for 8 years now & having gone through multiple cutting, gaining & maintenance phases - paired with an ongoing pursuit to acquire knowledge - I think it's fair to say I know what I'm talking about. I’ve had an array of different career paths ever since I finished school in 2020. I studied to be a language teacher, then studied creative media & design, then travelled the world as a full time content creator before landing a job in the fitness industry. I’ve had many different career paths - but I've noticed the one ongoing theme in them all.
Fitness is so much more than aesthetics - it’s about how you feel during the process of it all. The opportunity to be of service to others. Sport & fitness has always played a massive role in improving the quality of my life & now I’ve built a business that allows other people to have that same experience.
