Vibrant Living is an online fitness coaching service operated by Sean Flanagan, based in Dublin, Ireland.

For any privacy-related queries, contact us at vibrantlivinggg@gmail.com. We are the data controller responsible for your personal data under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

2. What Data We Collect

When you submit an enquiry, contact, or coaching application form on this website, we may collect the following:

  • Full name
  • Email address
  • Phone number (optional)
  • Goals and personal context — any information you voluntarily provide in your message

We do not collect sensitive personal data (e.g. health records, financial information) through our website forms.

3. Why We Collect It

We only collect data for the purposes outlined below:

We will only contact you in relation to your enquiry. Your data will never be used for unsolicited marketing, newsletters, or any unrelated purpose.

4. Where Your Data Is Stored

Form submissions are stored in Google Sheets, operated by Google LLC. Google may process this data on servers outside the EU/EEA. Google complies with GDPR through the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and Standard Contractual Clauses.

Coaching applications submitted via JotForm are stored on JotForm's servers. JotForm is GDPR-compliant and processes data under Standard Contractual Clauses.

We do not use any additional CRM, mailing list platform, or external database.

5. How Long We Keep Your Data

  • If no coaching relationship is formed — data is deleted within 6 months of your enquiry
  • If you become a client — contact information is retained for the duration of coaching plus 12 months, then deleted

6. Who We Share Data With

Your data is never sold or shared with third parties for marketing or commercial purposes. The only third parties who handle your data are:

  • Google LLC — form submission storage via Google Sheets and Google Forms
  • JotForm Inc. — coaching application forms

7. Your Rights Under GDPR

As a resident of the EU/EEA, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:

  • Right to access — request a copy of the data we hold about you
  • Right to rectification — ask us to correct inaccurate data
  • Right to erasure — request deletion of your data at any time
  • Right to restrict processing — ask us to limit how we use your data
  • Right to object — object to processing based on legitimate interest
  • Right to withdraw consent — at any time, without affecting prior processing

8. Cookies

This website uses only functional cookies necessary for the site to operate securely (e.g. Django CSRF security cookies). We do not use tracking, advertising, or analytics cookies.

Third-party forms embedded from JotForm and Google may set their own cookies when you interact with them. Please refer to their respective privacy policies for details.

If you believe your personal data has been handled unlawfully, you have the right to lodge a complaint with Ireland's supervisory authority:
