By accessing this website or engaging Vibrant Living's coaching services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use this website or engage our services.

These terms apply to all visitors, enquiries, and coaching clients of Vibrant Living, operated by Sean Flanagan, Dublin, Ireland.

2. Coaching Services

Vibrant Living provides online personal coaching services including but not limited to:

Customised training programmes
Nutritional guidance and strategy
Weekly check-ins and progress reviews
Direct messaging support
Video call sessions and form analysis

All services are delivered remotely. The specific scope of services will be agreed upon prior to commencing coaching.

3. Health & Medical Disclaimer

The information and programmes provided by Vibrant Living are for general fitness and wellness purposes only and do not constitute medical advice.

You should consult a qualified medical professional before beginning any new exercise or nutrition programme, particularly if you have any pre-existing medical conditions, injuries, or health concerns.

By engaging our services, you confirm that you are in adequate physical health to participate in a fitness programme, or that you have received appropriate medical clearance to do so.

4. Client Responsibilities

As a client of Vibrant Living, you agree to:

Provide accurate and honest information about your health, fitness level, and goals
Notify your coach immediately of any injury, illness, or change in health status
Follow the agreed programme to the best of your ability
Attend scheduled check-in calls or provide reasonable notice if unable to attend
Treat all communication with respect and professionalism

5. Payments & Refunds

Payment terms will be communicated directly prior to commencing coaching. By making a payment you confirm your agreement to the coaching package as discussed.

Refunds — due to the personalised and time-intensive nature of coaching, refunds are not offered once a programme has commenced and materials have been delivered
Cancellation — either party may end the coaching relationship with reasonable written notice via email
Disputes — any payment disputes should be raised directly with us at vibrantlivinggg@gmail.com in the first instance

6. Intellectual Property

All training programmes, nutrition plans, content, and materials provided by Vibrant Living are the intellectual property of Sean Flanagan / Vibrant Living.

Materials are provided for your personal use only
You may not share, reproduce, sell, or distribute any coaching materials without prior written consent
Website content, branding, and imagery are protected and may not be used without permission

7. Limitation of Liability

Vibrant Living and Sean Flanagan shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from the use of information on this website or from participation in a coaching programme.

Results vary between individuals. Any testimonials or transformations shared on this website represent individual experiences and are not a guarantee of results.

You participate in any exercise programme at your own risk. It is your responsibility to exercise within your own limits and to seek professional medical advice where appropriate.
